Light Circles are spontaneous online gatherings offered from sacred places in Hawaiʻi. They invite you to pause, breathe, and attune to the wisdom of the ʻāina (land), moana (ocean), lava, wind, pua (flowers), and trees—no matter where you are in the world.

Through these circles, you are welcome to:

• Feel the living presence and healing energy
  of the island

• Gently reconnect with your own heart,
  body, and soul

• Experience the Feminine energies that flow through AlohaRose Retreats

• Sense my energy and presence, and discover whether you feel called to journey deeper in retreat.

How Light Circles unfold

From time to time, when I am guided, I open a Light Circle from wherever I am on the island—by the ocean, near the lava, in the forest, or simply in a quiet, sacred spot.

Sometimes I will:

• Go live (for example, via Facebook Live), so you can sit with me in real time

• Record a short video that you can receive whenever it suits you

Each Light Circle is simple and spacious. It may include:

• A brief sharing about the place and the energies present

• A Hawaiian chant or blessing

• A gentle guided meditation or visualization

• A moment of silence to listen to the land together

• A soft closing with an intention or reflection to carry with you

You can join live when the timing aligns, or enter the space later through the replay—trusting that the energy meets you exactly when you are ready.

Why I offer these spaces

AlohaRose Retreats are about remembering your true essence in deep connection with the land, spirit, and self.

Light Circles carry this same essence in a lighter, more accessible form.
They are:
