One-day Retreats
Imagine being in Hawai’i, -
breathing in the fresh air,
smelling the scent of the flowers, feeling the wind in your hair - surrounded by breathtaking nature…
Hawai’i touches your heart,
your soul and inspires your spirit and your mind.
Hawai’i brings you back to your essence:
your authentic self.
If you truly want to connect with Hawai’i, you’ll be invited to go within. And that is exactly what we will do - through intention, presence and deep respect for the beautyful ‘Āina (land) you walk upon.
Respecting Hawai’i Island, with Protocol and Presence
We travel with utmost respect for Hawai’i Island - her sacredness, her rhythms, and her natural beauty. We only visit places that invite us, or that we receive permission for, after a ritual of asking.
Going to places with the intent to connect on a deeper level also brings responsability. As your guide, I carry that responsibility through listening, honoring the ‘Āina (land), and following protocol - in Hawaiian style, with chant, prayer and intention, as guided by my kumus (teachers).
We will create lei offerings to nature - offering gratitude to Hawai’i and deepening our connection to her spirit.
At sacred places, we celebrate both Hawai’i and you. We do this through presence and ritual - chant, prayer, and what else resonates by being present, by a ritual, chant or what else resonates in the moment. These become our sacred times, where what you need can unfold: a release of the old, a rise of new energy, and a deeper return to your authentic self.
Making lei is a way to connect with Hawai’i, the ‘Āina (land)
and with yourself.
It’s a moment to pause, to fully take in the moment,
to set intentions and place
your prayers in the ti leaves and flowers.
Every retreat is attuned to your needs, to where you find yourself in life right now.
